Booking/Cancellation and Refund Policy

To Secure Bookings, we require 50% of the total cost (including $200 bond).
We Accept Cash, EFTPOS, MPAISA (QR & Merchant).We do not accept cheques.
No guarantee booking if no deposit is paid.
All payments and confirmation are due 2 weeks prior to the event.
If Booked events are within 2 weeks, all payments and confirmation are due 2 days prior to the event.
Cancellation with a full refund or postpone are due 2 weeks prior to the event else there will be no refund.
Refund is applicable for an exception case scenario that is:
Bond is refundable after the event. We will deduct if there is damages of items, missing items from the venue and trashing /dirting the venue
We Do Not Allow Staple Guns at our venue space
no outside food and beverage unless agree with the host
